Ludacris is asking for custody of his two-month child.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ.com, the rapper has filed for full custody of his daughter with his ex Tamika Fuller.
Luda points out that he's a "fit and capable parent." He even cites his role as an "active father" of his 12-year-old daughter as a reason why he deserves custody of the infant.
Along with full custody of the two-month-old, Luda also wants Tamika to pay him child support.
Just last week, a judge lowered the rapper's child support payments to Fuller from $15,000 per month to $7,000. Ludacris claimed he couldn't afford the payments because he only made around $55,000 last year.
