Genevieve Keeney is the president of The National Museum of Funeral History, another lesser known Houston gem. They’ve decked the museum out in Halloween decoration and will also be celebrating El Día de Muertos. And because Genevieve is also a veteran, the museum will be open for free to all veterans throughout the month of November. We discuss breaking glass ceilings as more and more women enter the profession (and are very good at it) and we learn where the terms “Dead Ringer,” "Saved by the bell" and “Graveyard Shift” come from.
Here is their website for all the info you need to visit the museum. www.nmfh.org
